GARLIC LEMON SKILLET TOMATOES I halved some petite medley tomatoes and tossed them with garlic-infused olive oil, Andrew Zimmern Lemon & Shallot seasoning, his Mediterranean Style Citrus Herb seasoning, and a little Private Selection Smoky Garlic seasoning from Kroger. Then I squeezed fresh lemon over them and added red onion. I put them in a pan over medium heat, then turned it down once they started sizzling. I don’t know what I was expecting, but this little concoction was so good. #skilletto
