Unilateral Floppy Eyelid Syndrome 👁️ Unilateral Floppy Eyelid Syndrome is an atypical presentation of floppy eyelid syndrome in which excessive eyelid laxity affects only one upper eyelid. Because FES is classically bilateral, this unilateral form is frequently overlooked or misdiagnosed. Patients often present with chronic unilateral redness, irritation, foreign body sensation, or mucoid discharge, with symptoms typically worse on awakening. On examination, the affected eyelid is easily everte
